Das erwartet Sie
- Sie übernehmen die Betriebsverantwortung für die IT unserer Kunden
- Sie warten und pflegen die IT unserer Kunden proaktiv, sodass diese störungsarm arbeiten können
- Sie kümmern sich um die Automatisierung von IT-Serviceprozessen (z.B. von Updates, Patch Management)
- Sie betreuen die IT-Systeme unserer Kunden per Fernwartung
- Telefonisch, per E-Mail und per Fernwartung leisten Sie Anwenderunterstützung in IT-Fragen
- Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehört auch die Rationalisierung des IT-Services, sodass Sie mit weniger Zeitaufwand mehr IT-Systeme umfassend betreuen können

- Gute IT-Fachkenntnisse in aktuellen Technologien (Microsoft Software und Virtualisierung, Monitoring Software Firewalls, Virenschutz etc.)
- Rationalisierungsdenken – Sie vereinfachen und automatisieren Abläufe, die vorher zeitraubend manuell erledigt wurden
- Spaß im freundlichen Umgang mit Menschen und das Bedürfnis, diesen in ihrer täglichen Arbeit zu helfen
- Eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Fachkenntnisse und Begeisterung für die IT sind uns wichtiger als ihr bisheriger Ausbildungs- und Berufsweg
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Sprache und Schrift

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
